For 2019, the Mazda CX-3 offers the same eye-catching appeal and five-passenger capacity as previous years. But, it has been updated in a few areas to give us even more of what we want. In fact, three major highlights and updates have come out of the current model year, and we're excited to share them with you now:
- New design. Overall, the 2019 CX-3 is reminiscent of the previous version, with SUV-like style in a small frame. But, look a little closer and you'll see slight design tweaks to the exterior, and a new standard center bin on the inside. This update gives you more interior storage space and gives the CX-3 a modern feel and appeal.
- New power rating. A 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine continues to power the Mazda CX-3, regardless of trim level. But, whereas the previous model was rated for 146 horsepower, the 2019 version gets a slight bump in power, to 148 horsepower.
- New standard safety features. A number of advanced safety features have been added as standard equipment across all trim levels of the 2019 CX-3, including frontal collision warning with automatic emergency braking, blind spot monitoring, and rear-cross traffic alert.
