We check the car is on the lot and come back to you with the time. If it is not, we say so and tell you what else is there rather than swapping it quietly.
Bring Your Licence
A valid driver’s licence is all you need to drive. If you want to talk trade, bring the current vehicle and we can look at it while you are out.
Drive the Roads You Actually Use
Interstate on-ramp, stop-and-go, a car seat in the back — drive the route that matches your week rather than a loop around the block.
Leave When You Want To
Ask whatever you want answered, or hand the keys back and go. If you would rather have the numbers by email afterwards, say so and that is what happens.

Is the car I asked for definitely going to be there?⌄
We check before we confirm, and we tell you what we find. Inventory moves, so we do not promise a specific vehicle until we have looked — and if it has gone we say so rather than substituting something.
Will I be pushed to buy afterwards?⌄
No. Ask what you want answered and hand the keys back. If you would rather carry on by email, say so and that is what we do.
Can I drive a used or Mazda Certified Pre-Owned vehicle?⌄
Yes — anything in the used inventory can be asked for the same way. Give us the stock number or paste the listing.
