Mazda publishes a separate scheduled maintenance table for each model, and the interval that applies is read off your odometer. A number that is close is enough to book; the advisor confirms it at the counter.
Waiting or dropping off
Both work, and the scheduler asks which you want. Choosing drop-off does not change what the technician does — it changes how we sequence the day, which is why the question is asked when you book rather than when you arrive.
Open recalls are checked either way
We look up your vehicle identification number against the open-campaign list whenever a Mazda comes into the shop. A Mazda recall repair is carried out at no charge, and it does not need its own appointment if you are already booked in.
