What the Four-Wheel Procedure Actually Does

The Thrust Line
The rear wheels decide the direction the car tracks in; the front pair are then set square to that rather than to the chassis. Where the rear is measured and the front set to it, the steering wheel ends up straight because the geometry is right rather than because the wheel was moved to look right.
What Mazda Does Schedule Either Side of It
Steering operation and linkages every 20,000 miles or 24 months, and front and rear suspension, ball joints and wheel bearing axial play every 20,000 miles or 24 months. There Is Still No Interval
