The Club Costs More Than the Grand Touring
On most Mazdas the Grand Touring sits at the top. Here it does not: the Brembo BBS Recaro Package is standard equipment on the RF Club and merely optional on the soft-top Club, and that hardware is what puts the Club above the Grand Touring on price.
A Power Retractable Hardtop in About 13 Seconds
The RF trades the soft top’s fabric roof for a power retractable hardtop that opens or closes at the push of a button in roughly 13 seconds — a coupe when it is up, a convertible when it is down.
Rear-Wheel Drive, No AWD Offered
Like the soft top, the MX-5 Miata RF offers no all-wheel drive on either trim. It is rear-wheel drive, full stop.
